Building of a new Educational Leadership and Support Center (ELSC), to contain a professional development and training center, board & conference rooms and a digital broadcasting and production studio. The AV system enables the production and distribution of extremely clean high-definition video and audio, routing throughout the large conference center, and recording and broadcasting of meetings, events and training sessions.
