As part of the multi-year $250 million “Longwood Reimagined” construction project, IMS was tasked with the integration of nearly 30 AV environments across a 1,100+ acre campus at one of the world’s renowned botanical gardens.
4,800 working hours and 100,000 feet of cabling later “Longwood Reimagined” is now equipped with a new future-ready audiovisual infrastructure designed to support everything from hybrid learning, video collaboration, immersive experiences, and more, in its new West Conservatory, executive areas, and guest venues.
HDBaseT connectivity via Crestron DigitalMedia played a key role throughout the project helping streamline runs, reduce complexity, and provide a scalable AV backbone all without disrupting the conservatory’s natural aesthetic.
