Show home for an exclusive development of 15 luxurious properties. Total automation in this smart home, including entertainment system, high speed network including WiFi and security. The video equipment is installed in a centralized rack and distributed throughout the property via HDanywhere’s Modular 4×4 HDBaseT matrix. All high-definition devices can be viewed in each of the rooms, simultaneously or independently, without affecting quality or performance. The whole system is controlled by Control4’s HC-800 through smart phones, remote controls or tablets.
