“The Blackbird 4K 8×8 HDBaseT Matrix Extender Switch provided an impressive 4K video distribution system for Hook Seabar, located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Featuring eight(8) included HDBaseT receivers, each LG UN7300 display (ranging from 43″ – 75″ in size) was able to achieve stunning 4K@60Hz resolution from distances as far as 131 feet (40 meters). An NEC P502H 5000 Lumen 1080p projector was also able to achieve Full-HD video signal via HDBaseT, integrating all display and projection technology into a seamless, easy-to-manage solution. The end result was a value-packed video distribution system designed specifically for hospitality at a competitive price point.”
