AVEM Group, a leading provider of digital solutions for financial institutions, needed a high-performance connectivity system for its new generation of interactive self-service banking kiosks. The project aimed to balance customer independence with personalized service, requiring a system that could support secure account access, NFC identification, and private video assistance while keeping the backend IT infrastructure safely tucked away in secure server rooms.
To meet these requirements, AVEM implemented an integrated connectivity solution powered by Lindy’s HDBaseT technology. By utilizing HDBaseT extenders, the installation enables reliable, long-distance transmission of 4K video, data, and audio signals up to 70m with zero loss in quality. This setup allows for a streamlined and discreet installation within the bank branches, ensuring a secure and human-centered experience for customers while simplifying cabling complexity for the technical staff.
