Deep inside the mountains of Napa resides quite possibly the world's most advanced wine cellar, the Palmaz Vineyards Fermentation Room. Here the company's proprietary FILCS (pronounced “Felix”) analytics software, powered by the same "sono-­densitometry" technology used in the submarine industry, tracks millions of datapoints on each production batch including the fermentation of the #wine at the molecular level. After being synthesized into dashboards and other video assets, the content is then routed over the installation's HDBaseT infrastructure and mapped onto the room's massive dome ceiling using six M 4K25 Christie Digital laser projectors.
