As part of preparations for the FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA opened a new office in Toronto to support coordination across host cities. The project required a unified, high-performance AV infrastructure that meets FIFA’s global standards for seamless communication and reliability.
Delivered by DEKOM, the installation spans boardrooms, meeting rooms, executive offices, and digital signage areas. DEKOM implemented a robust AV system built on an HDBaseT backbone, utilizing Kramer transmitters and receivers to ensure uncompressed 4K video, audio, and control signals across the office. By leveraging HDBaseT technology, the team achieved long-distance signal integrity and a clutter-free, professional environment with fully concealed cabling.
From high-level board meetings to everyday collaboration, the HDBaseT backbone delivers consistent performance, simplifies system design, and reduces the need for complex infrastructure – supporting FIFA’s global operations with a scalable, future-ready AV environment.
