JOIN THE MEETING: HDBaseT Alliance to Showcase USB-C Innovations for the Professional Audio-Video Market at InfoComm International 2025

Professional-Grade USB3 Extension, Seamless USB-C Connectivity, and an AI-Driven Multi-Camera Immersive Experience Headline a Demo-Packed Showcase

Oregon, USA – June 9, 2025 – The HDBaseT Alliance, Professional AV’s largest interoperable ecosystem, has announced its full lineup of activities for InfoComm International 2025.   Booth visitors will experience first-hand how HDBaseT connectivity, made possible by Valens Semiconductor technology is streamlining video conferencing’s most advanced systems of any size and room configuration – from small huddle spaces to enterprise boardrooms to large auditoriums.

Valens High Performance Connectivity Zone will feature the technologies enabling next generation video conferencing, all at the highest resolutions with zero latency, seamless connectivity, and user-friendly deployment.

Live demonstrations will include:

  • Full room video conferencing setups with USB-C to USB-C extension
  • Scalable infrastructures supporting both 4K and USB3 devices
  • Versatile meeting layouts supporting multiple cameras, screens, and sources
  • Simplified Video Conferencing Rooms control, connectivity and power over a single Category cable

In the spirit of Orlando’s theme park attractions, Valens’ VA7000 chipsets will also be showcased in the booth’s 360° Surround View Experience, an AI-enhanced multi-camera immersive look into the future of in-person entertainment.

Additionally, booth visitors will be treated to all-new wonders in plug-and-play AV from co-exhibiting Alliance members Acroname, CYP (Cypress Technology), ReThink AV, and TEKVOX.  Each will provide demonstrations of its latest HDBaseT solutions tailored to hybrid work and learning, with special attention to the rapidly growing adoption of the USB Type-C interface.

“USB-C has become the universal ‘go-to’ in connectors for video conferencing  – and if it’s USB-C, we’ve got you covered,” said Effi Goldstein, President of the HDBaseT Alliance. “The glaring lack of a professional-grade high-bandwidth USB3 extension solution to prevent signal downgrades in collaborative environments has become a major pain point for the Pro AV industry, especially when it comes to high-resolution cameras and video bars.  This is exactly what HDBaseT-USB3 was developed for and we are excited to highlight these capabilities at Infocomm 2025.”

The HDBaseT-USB3 standard enables the extension of USB 3.2 Gen 1 up to 100 meters (328 feet) over standard Category cable, allowing USB3 peripherals to function at their full potential without degradation in video resolution.

At the booth’s signature Power Wall, attendees can explore the industry’s most complete display of HDBaseT-USB3 products available today including PTZ cameras, video bars, touchscreen room controllers, wallplates, and extenders.

All products on display (and more) will be included in the Alliance’s 2025 HDBaseT World Showcase book highlighting the countless HDBaseT-technology-based solutions reshaping how the world works, learns, and lives.  Showgoers are invited to stop by and pick up a complimentary copy, as well as discover more about the latest trends from industry experts with the Alliance’s HDBaseT Extended live interview series hosted by Commercial Integrator editor-in-chief, Dan Ferrisi.

All this will be taking place June 11-13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, HDBaseT Alliance booth #1960.
