The 1201-MV+ TEKVOX has taken the industry’s most remarkable 5Play presentation switcher and augmented it with an upgraded HDBaseT 3.0 chipset to provide superior bandwidth for double the end-to-end USB transport, allowing for more cameras, more resolution, and longer transmission distances of up to 328 feet (100 meters) without any additional amplification.

HDBaseT Alliance Member, MetraAV, has announced the company is updating its name to Ethereal, “as part of an effort to reconnect with its roots.” The company was originally conceived by 75+ year-old parent company Metra Electronics as Ethereal Home Theater back in 2001.

Designed for demanding large-scale venues and applications including live events, projection mapping, and theme parks, the HDBaseT-supported Griffyn 4K35-RGB is one of the smallest and lightest high-brightness RGB pure laser projectors available, delivering 36,500 lumens in an all-in-one compact design, weighing only 179 lbs. (81 kg.).

The brand-new UDM-4K30 and UDM-W30 units extend Barco’s 3-chip DLP portfolio, perfectly suited for outdoor projection mappings and live events including support for HDBaseT. Weighing less than 50 kgs, these are the most compact and lightest projectors on the market in their class.

Designed for medium-sized presentation applications in the education and corporate markets, the bundle comprises a four-input, HDBaseT switching transmitter, as well as a HDBaseT receiver, and a pre-configured 2.8-in touchscreen controller.
